Terms
What this is, and what it isn’t.
Last updated 19 August 2026
Plain terms for a small tool. Using Parts Map means agreeing to them.
Who provides it
Parts Map is provided by MB Storno, company code 122026689, Ukrainos Didvyrių str. 1-10, Vilnius LT-08113, Lithuania.
This is not therapy
Parts Map is a structured self-reflection tool. It is not therapy, not a medical device, not a diagnosis, and not a substitute for a qualified professional. Nothing it says is clinical advice, and no part of it is supervised by a clinician.
If you are in crisis or in danger, contact emergency services — 112 across the EU — or a crisis line. In Lithuania, Vilties linija is 116 123, day and night.
Sessions are guided by an AI model. It can be wrong, and it does not know you. Treat what it reflects back as a prompt for your own thinking, not as a verdict on who you are.
Age
You must be at least 16 to use Parts Map. If you are younger, please do not create an account.
Your account
You can sign in with a password or with your Google account; the same email address is one account whichever door you use. Keep your password to yourself — anyone holding it can read everything you have written here. If you use Google, access to your map is controlled by your Google account, so its security (including two-step verification) is between you and Google. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has access. You may close your account whenever you like, and doing so removes your content.
What you write stays yours
Your parts, letters, entries and photographs belong to you. We claim no ownership and no licence beyond what is needed to store them and show them back to you. We do not read them for any purpose other than operating the service, we do not use them to train anything, and we do not sell them.
Reasonable use
Do not upload anyone else’s personal information, photographs of other people who have not agreed, or unlawful material. Do not attempt to reach another account’s data, and do not use the service to build a competing dataset.
Availability, and what we do not promise
This is a small service that may change, break, or be withdrawn. We do not guarantee it will be available, nor that it will suit any particular purpose. Keep your own copy of anything you would be upset to lose.
Nothing here limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. Beyond that, our liability to you is limited to what you have paid us, which for a free service is nothing.
Ending it
You may stop at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, or if we discontinue the service — in which case we will give you what notice we reasonably can, so you can take a copy of your data first.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Lithuania, and the courts of Lithuania have jurisdiction. If you live elsewhere in the EU, this does not deprive you of the protections of your own country’s consumer law.
